Hampshire & IOW Tennis (HIOWT) has launched a new scheme to support & develop our coaches working with players who are currently or have aspirations to be on the LTA Performance Pathway.

HIOWT is excited to bring a first of it’s kind programme to the coaches of Hampshire & IOW. A mentoring and coach development scheme solely focussed on 10U Performance. 

This is for coaches and players who currently have a player or potential player on the LTA Performance Pathway whether that is at County, Regional or National level.

Content is a mixture of on court CPD, off court video analysis, webinars and tournament visits.

Scheme Start Date – September 2025

Basic overview of the programme

• Open to all HIOWT coaches who are working with or have aspirations to work with 10U Performance players
• Custom CPD Programme including Regional Camps, Grade 2 Tournament CPD & Webinars
• Coach & Player centred CPD
• Coach & Player visits from 10U Performance Lead
• Mentoring an support provided by HIOWT 10U Performance Lead
• All funding is provided by HIOWT as part of its charitable strategic objectives
