The Forum was managed by our County Development Centre (Ucoach) in partnership with the LTA and the County.

The Forum was aimed at coaches with an interest in developing their on-court practice with grass-roots players, networking with like-minded coaches and discussing key industry topics relevant to developing their business, their players and themselves.
We had 38 coaches attend and the Forum started with a 2 hour on-court session–Tactical Development at Red Stage: Practice exercises and ideas.
After the on-court session, there was a short break for coaches to network/catch up with other coaches and lunch was provided by the County.
The last session of the Forum was an interactive coach-to-coach discussion with the main theme around ‘developing yourself and your business’.
Thanks to all the coaches that attended who were all very engaged and all contributed to the off-court session. A free LTA Coach t/shirt was given out at the end.
