The governing document of Hampshire & IOW Tennis, which is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

Organisation

Hampshire & IOW Tennis is led by a Board of Trustees, who delegate certain authority to a variety of paid staff, including a Charity Manager, Administrative Manager and various area leads.

Safeguarding Policy

Hampshire & IOW Tennis recognises our moral and statutory responsibility to safeguard and
promote the welfare of all children (anyone under 18) and adults at risk.

Anti-Bullying Policy

Hampshire & IOW Tennis strives to ensure that all children (anyone under 18) and adults at risk are safeguarded from abuse and have an enjoyable tennis experience.

Compliments and Complaints Policy

Hampshire & IOW Tennis is committed to providing a quality service that is open and accountable.  The policy below aims to welcome feedback and provide guidelines for dealing with complaints. 

Disciplinary Policy

Hampshire & IOW Tennis is committed to maintaining satisfactory standards of conduct.  The policy below sets out how HIOWT would deal with any incidents where appropriate standards are not met.

Funding

Grants and loans funding

The opportunity for LTA-Registered venues (who are also opted-in members of Hampshire & IOW Tennis) and Accredited Tennis Coaches to apply for grants or loans towards projects which tend towards a public benefit.
